ABOUT

HOW I WORK

HOW I WORK
ISSUES THAT MAY HAVE BROUGHT YOU TO ME

I aim to provide a safe, empathetic space – free from judgement – where clients feel secure enough to explore thoughts, fears, feelings, or behaviours that are troubling them or causing them difficulties.

My personal belief is that as human beings, we possess an innate instinct and ability to heal ourselves and move forwards in our lives. Sadly, we also possess a tendency to carry forward obstacles from our pasts, be they fears, patterns of relating to others, or issues such as self-esteem. These issues can block our paths in a way that is hard to see and understand. I feel that my task as a therapist is to help to illuminate these obstacles so that clients are freed to move through them, into a more authentic, creative, and ultimately more fulfilling destiny.

  • Feelings of shame or guilt

  • Issues around relationships and intimacy, current or past

  • (This is by no means a complete list – if something is troubling you and is not listed here, please do not hesitate to contact me)
